3.1. Check-in time is 1200 Hrs and Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
3.2. Early arrivals need to be pre-booked from the previous night in order to guarantee room availability and will be charged on an hourly basis.
3.3. Late checkout is possible only if the booking is made for an additional night where in one night charges will be applicable.
3.4. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the availability of rooms. 3.5. It is mandatory for all guests checking in to the resort to present a Photo identity card with address proof issued by a Government authority.*
3.6. All foreign nationals should present their passports at check-in without fail.
3.7. Payments for promotional room rates must be made in full towards advance payment and have to be paid directly to the Property by bank transfer, cash or by an approved credit card.
3.8. Any amendments or cancellations pertaining to room reservations must be made 07 days prior to expected arrival, beyond which amount will be non - refundable.*
3.9. In the event of the guest checking out before the check-out date provided at the time of booking, retention of balance nights will be charged.
3.10. Retention charge for No - Show will be 100%.*

4.2. 5-10 years will be treated as child and will be charged as per rates/package guidelines.
